The Process
You contact us-
When you call us, we ask about your priorities, timeline, and budget, so we can discuss the best fit between your project needs and our services.
Initial Interview-
A meeting is scheduled with Sonya and Dusty to discuss your remodeling needs. We will work with you to make sure you will get what you are expecting out of your remodel rather than try to sell you something that is more than necessary. Our goal is to develop a partnership with you to meet and exceed your needs and expectations. Our first consultation will involve brainstorming which encompasses a discussion of the above needs and wants, budgetary restraints and financing.
Budget and Estimates
We will work with you hand in hand to determine the specifications, design options, provide price estimates and fine tune your project specifically to meet all the objectives we have established. Once this process is completed, we can then provide you with the exact cost and a defined project scope that will be involved in achieving these goals.
Contract Signing
The contract contains terms of agreement, as well as work schedules and payment schedules. Once you sign the contract, the project begins.
Change-order management
You may have new ideas through the course of the job, which can affect price and timeline. A less frequent source of change is underlying structural issues that cannot be identified before work begins. Change orders reflect our mutual understanding of the work involved.
